I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at this hotel and felt compelled to share my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with complimentary drinks, which set a delightful tone for my stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. One of the standout features of my visit was how the staff respected my privacy; they were attentive when needed but never intrusive, allowing me to relax and enjoy my retreat. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive — everything from the common areas to my room was spotless, which always enhances the overall experience. I was particularly pleased with the efficiency of the room service; it was quick and the food arrived hot and delicious. Speaking of food, the dining options were lovely, with a variety of dishes to choose from, each carefully prepared and beautifully presented. I also took advantage of the spa during my stay, and it was nothing short of amazing. The atmosphere was serene, and the treatments were rejuvenating, making it a perfect way to unwind after a long day. One unique feature that I absolutely loved was the snow room. With just a touch of a button, snow gently falls down, creating a magical and refreshing experience that every guest must try! It added a whimsical touch to my spa visit and was a highlight of my stay. Additionally, there were various extra items and services available, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback regarding my delightful stay at this hotel. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I truly appreciated the luxurious environment and excellent service provided by the staff. However, I did notice that the morning spa hours for residents are currently limited to 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM. While I completely understand that this may be due to public opening times aimed at maximizing revenue for the hotel, I believe extending these hours could greatly enhance the experience for guests looking to start their day with some relaxation. Having a longer span for morning spa visits would allow residents to truly savor the tranquil atmosphere before the day picks up. Many of us cherish these moments of peace, and a slight extension could make a significant difference in our overall enjoyment. That said, I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful the hotel was overall. It truly stands out as one of the best I have ever experienced. While it is on the pricier side, it’s worth every penny. As the old saying goes, you really do get what you pay for — and this hotel embodies that sentiment perfectly. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and I look forward to my next visit!

Exceptional
I propsed to my girlfriend during my stay. I was in contact with one of the hotels concierge’s, Chuck for a couple weeks before. He was nothing short of outstanding, went above and beyond and made the room so special . My finance had no idea, and the day brilliantly. I can’t thank Chuck enough and the rest of the hotel staff.
